Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across salon or wellness branches
Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards
Oversee scheduling, inventory, customer service, and cleanliness standards
Ensure seamless client experiences and address guest feedback professionally
Coordinate with senior management on business goals and performance metrics
Monitor budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency
Support marketing campaigns and brand promotions on-site
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in
hospitality
or
beauty/salon
operations management
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Fluency in English
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Based in Cairo or willing to relocate
