Manage daily operations across salon or wellness branches Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards Oversee scheduling, inventory, customer service, and cleanliness standards Ensure seamless client experiences and address guest feedback professionally Coordinate with senior management on business goals and performance metrics Monitor budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency Support marketing campaigns and brand promotions on-site
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in
hospitality
orbeauty/salon
