Women's Salon Operations Manager & Human Resources Manager
We are looking for an experienced
Operations and Human Resources Manager
for a women's beauty salon. The candidate must have
at least 5 years of experience in women's salons
, with strong skills in
strategic planning, team management, and increasing sales
. The role includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, improving customer experience, and implementing development plans to achieve noticeable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee and manage daily salon operations to ensure high service quality and efficiency.
Develop and implement operational plans to improve performance and productivity.
Monitor inventory, suppliers, and cost control.
Track and analyze KPIs and operational reports.
Enhance customer experience and maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
Human Resources Management:
Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified salon staff.
Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and oversee leave requests.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement training and development programs.
Motivate and lead the team to achieve business goals.
Handle employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary matters professionally.
