Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate
Beauty Therapist
to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across various beauty services, a strong sense of professionalism, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding results. This role requires a confident and detail-oriented individual who enjoys providing excellent client care in a dynamic and fast-paced salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a broad range of beauty and wellness treatments including facials, body therapies, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and massages.
Assist with hair and scalp care services when needed.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare.
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene within the salon at all times.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to enhance service quality.
Maintain strong client relationships through professionalism and attention to detail.
Support daily salon operations and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
Promote salon services and product offerings through confident and informed client interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy (Level 2 or 3 or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years of professional salon experience in Dubai or the UAE
(required).
Proficiency across multiple beauty treatment areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Polished and professional personal presentation.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
