As a Spa Attendant you are responsible to ensure the smooth and effective running of the spa by maintaining the complete spa area clean and hygienic.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate with the spa team on the daily operation of the spa to ensure the smooth and effective running of the operation
• Manage all spa \xe2\x80\x98back of house\xe2\x80\x99 duties including the laundry of linens
• Prepare spa area for Guests and prepare refreshments
• Keep all spa areas clean and tidy at any times and deliver high standard of spa cleaning services
• Welcome and offer refreshments to all spa Guests
• Ensure spa operation follows Standards of Performance guidelines and regulations
• Handle all customer queries and provide usage reports on linens and consumables
• Assist with stock control and inventory for spa products, spa consumables and spa linens
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests\xe2\x80\x99 and employees\xe2\x80\x99 health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
• Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborative attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Being punctual and reliable.
• Basic knowledge of spa services.
• A well-groomed and professional appearance.

Visa requirements:

Please note that you must be eligible to live and work in Dubai. Swissotel Al Ghurair & Swissotel Living Al Ghurair will cover visa costs and flights for selected candidates from place of origin.
