BEAUTY SPA MANAGER (Female Only)

Hours:

• Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Sunday
• 10:00am - 21:00pm (Shifts + Days Off + Flexibility)
• Flexible to accommodate guests as per Eid, Ramadan etc.
• Annual Leave accrued

Reports to: Employer

Package Potential:

• AED 10,000 - 12,000 (Based on experience & skills relevant to the vacancy)

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: * Ability to work shifts as required seasonally

• Certification from a recognized Beauty Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management / Hair Styling
• City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC (internationally recognized)
• Beautifully groomed & professionally groomed
• At least 5 years experience in a Senior Management position
• Cruise ship employment experience - BONUS
• GCC Employment preferred
• Ability to pleasantly and confidently communicate in English with appropriate grammar (reading, writing and speaking)
• Arabic Language - BONUS
• Spa software experience
• Ability to provide legible communication
• Able to train staff on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings
• Able to lead and develop employees and services
• Ability to give timely and excellence spa and salon services at all time (be it hair / beauty / spa or nail service)
• Knowledge of spa and salon procedures
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs
• Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Spa and Salon
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of and ability to sell spa products
• Excellent leadership skills
• Knowledge of UAE labor protocols
• Able to manage and lead a big team of multi-national employees

DUTIES:

• Plan, direct and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Spa to ensure the highest level of service is provided to the guests.
• Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation of the Spa.
• Planning and maintaining of operational supplies.
• Planning staff schedules/leave plans so they do not interfere with revenue targets or peak seasons.
• Assist with therapist duties and coverage when operationally required, to ensure revenue targets and guest requests are met.
• Establish the Spa\xe2\x80\x99s financial business plans for the year
• Ensure the spa\'s operational budget is in line and that all costs are strictly controlled without any compromise on brand standards.
• Ensure Spa facilities are operating efficiently to achieve the highest possible revenue and profit.
• Controlling expenditure which is crucial in increasing productivity yet not compromising on product or service standards.
• Conduct daily briefings and monthly operational meetings for entire team.
• Monthly goal setting and actively interacting with all departments on a regular basis as part of the goal.
• Identify and plan training needs
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations, cleanliness and maintenance of the Spa & Salon equipment
• Ensure maintenance of inventory of supplies and products.
• To establish a sales & marketing plan
• To innovate with new ideas specific to the spa resulting in guest satisfaction, enhancing guest experience and increasing guest capture ratio.
• Monitor stock levels and purchases of all retail products offered at the Spa.
• Co-coordinating the procurement of new supplies and products for all retail products offered at the Spa.
