About the role
The Spa Attendant will play a key role in creating a serene, immaculate, and welcoming spa environment. You will support the spa team by ensuring all facilities are pristine, well-stocked, and ready for guest use, while providing discreet and attentive service to enhance the overall guest experience.
What you will do
Welcome and assist guests in a professional, warm, and courteous manner.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all spa areas, including treatment rooms, wet areas, relaxation lounges, and changing facilities.
Prepare and reset treatment rooms with fresh linens, amenities, and supplies between each guest.
Ensure that spa facilities are clean, sanitized, and operating efficiently.
Provide guests with robes, slippers, towels, and refreshments as required.
Monitor guest needs discreetly, offering assistance while respecting their privacy.
Support therapists and reception staff by replenishing supplies and handling operational requests.
Follow strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations and hotel policies.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs to ensure a seamless and memorable spa experience.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Spa or Spa Supervisor
