Key Responsibilities
Kitchen & Sandwich Section Leadership
Oversee daily kitchen functions, focusing on the sandwich/cold kitchen section--staff training, prep, cooking, food presentation, and maintaining consistency
Recipe Development & Healthy Sandwiches
Design nutritious sandwiches, wraps, and light meals using whole-grain bread, lean proteins, fresh produce, mindful portions, and allergen-aware ingredients
Costing & Budget Management
Track food and labor costs, manage inventory and suppliers, apply food costing methodologies, and forecast budgets to maintain profitability
Operational Excellence & Hygiene
Maintain SOPs, HACCP, and UAE food safety standards. Ensure proper portion control, waste reduction, and inventory rotation
Team Management
Hire, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff. Conduct training sessions on healthy cooking, sandwich assembly, and kitchen efficiency .
