What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook pastries, desserts, and baked items to established standards.
• Maintain hygienic food handling practices in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist the Executive Chef / Chef de Cuisine in developing new creative and seasonal pastry menus.
• Communicate operational needs and section-related issues to the Executive Sous Chef.
• Support in training and mentoring junior culinary staff to maintain quality consistency.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a luxury international hotel.
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, health, and food safety standards.
• Proficient in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Creative and detail-oriented with strong leadership abilities.
