Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile
  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in culinary management or similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
  • Ability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining consistency and presentation quality.
