We operate in the UAE building materials sector and receive
daily procurement requests across various product categories
. We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist who can
identify reliable suppliers, secure competitive prices, respond to client inquiries, and follow up on orders to ensure smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily sourcing requests for a wide range of building materials (structural, finishing, MEP, etc.).
Identify and evaluate local and international suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
Follow up on ongoing orders until completion and delivery.
Maintain an updated supplier database and monitor market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet quality and quantity requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of sourcing/procurement experience in building materials within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of local supplier networks and construction material brands.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple procurement requests simultaneously and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic procurement software.
