. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project managers across Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's range of building materials to customers, contractors, and developers.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and site visits.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support and product information to customers.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience specifically in
building materials trading
within the UAE market (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
Strong network of industry contacts (contractors, builders, developers, consultants).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of different building materials (steel, timber, gypsum, insulation, waterproofing, etc.).
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Fluency in English & Hindi; Arabic is an added advantage.
Salary:
Competitive (based on experience) + Incentive.
