Job Description
Responsibilities:Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other online platforms.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for various roles.Use advanced search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter tools to target suitable talent.Conduct initial outreach and engage potential candidates to assess interest and suitability.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements along with Assistant Manager Human Resources.Maintain accurate sourcing records and candidate databases.Continuously improve sourcing strategies based on market trends and feedback.Required Skills3 - 5 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment support.Experience in sourcing for [specific industries or functions if applicable].Certification or training in recruitment sourcing is a plus.Proven experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred).Familiarity with other sourcing techniques.Strong communication and engagement skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Knowledge in MS Office particularly excel
