. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and negotiating with vendors both locally and internationally, obtaining competitive pricing, and preparing quotations for customers. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to ensure cost-effective procurement and timely responses to client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and engage with vendors and suppliers in Qatar and internationally.
Request, compare, and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Prepare and submit quotations to customers based on vendor pricing.
Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and alternative supply sources.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of supplier negotiations, pricing, and procurement activities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 0-2 years
of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
Bachelors degree is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of
local and international supplier markets
.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Fluency in
English
is required;
Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam
is a plus.
Experience in
trading, contracting, or industrial supplies
is an advantage.
