Job Description
We are looking for a proactive
Sourcing Specialist
to manage supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services. You will drive supplier relationships, optimize costs, and support our growing operations.Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of goods and services. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve optimal value. Conduct market research to monitor trends, pricing, and new sourcing opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Support cost optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects within procurement. Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contracts, and procurement activities.
