About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Sourcing & Screening Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, CV screening, initial interviews, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and quality hiring across multiple positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial telephonic or online interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Verify basic candidate information, experience, and availability.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with documentation, coordination, and business teams.
Support interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
Experience in recruitment sourcing or screening is preferred.
Good understanding of hiring processes and candidate assessment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of ATS systems experience is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and online sourcing tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Immediate joiners preferred.
