Job Title: Sourcing Specialist/Manager - Fragrance Category

Location: UAE

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist/Manager for the Fragrance category who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers across fragrance oils, raw materials, packaging, and contract manufacturing. This role will play a key part in driving cost efficiency, ensuring product quality, and building a robust supply chain ecosystem for our fragrance portfolio in the UAE and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Identification & Management:

? Identify and onboard fragrance houses, raw material suppliers, packaging vendors, and contract manufacturers in the UAE and globally.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and competitive pricing.

? Conduct supplier audits and evaluations for compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Sourcing & Procurement:

? Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with fragrance houses and packaging vendors.

? Ensure timely procurement of fragrance oils, packaging components, and other materials needed for NPD and ongoing production.

? Develop cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or brand positioning.

Project Collaboration:

? Partner with NPD, Marketing, and Operations teams to align sourcing strategy with product launch timelines.

? Support NPD projects by coordinating fragrance sample deliveries, packaging prototypes, and vendor timelines.

? Troubleshoot supply challenges and ensure smooth delivery across all launches.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

? Ensure all sourced fragrances, ingredients, and packaging comply with IFRA, GCC, EU, and other international regulatory standards.

? Work with Quality and Regulatory teams to validate supplier documentation and product certifications.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

? Monitor global and regional fragrance market trends, raw material pricing, and new supplier capabilities.

? Provide inputs for sourcing strategy to optimize cost, lead times, and innovation opportunities.

? Benchmark suppliers and negotiate competitive advantages for the company.

Qualifications & Skills

? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.

? 5-8 years of experience in sourcing/procurement within fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.

? Strong vendor network and experience with fragrance houses and packaging suppliers (preferably in the Middle East & Europe).

? Knowledge of fragrance oils, raw materials, and packaging development.

? Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.

? Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements (IFRA, GCC standards, etc.).

? Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
