Job Description

Burjeel is seeking skilled Sonographers/Ultrasound Technologists to perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures with accuracy and compassion. The role requires proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment, preparing patients, and assisting physicians in diagnosis. Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to established protocols and standards. Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort throughout. Capture high-quality images to assist physicians in accurate medical diagnosis. Maintain ultrasound equipment functionality, cleanliness, and regular quality checks. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff for patient care. Ensure compliance with safety standards and patient confidentiality guidelines. Document findings accurately and update patient records in systems. Assist in training junior staff and support departmental improvements.

Skill & Experience

Proficiency in ultrasound imaging with strong technical knowledge and expertise. Excellent patient communication ensuring empathy, comfort, and clear explanations. Strong attention to detail for capturing accurate diagnostic-quality images. Ability to multitask in fast-paced clinical and hospital environment. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pathology relevant to imaging. Professionalism, teamwork spirit, and dedication to continuous medical learning.
