Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Proactively research and engage new potential customers who would benefit from our technology.
Expert Demonstrator:
Lead engaging product presentations and live software demonstrations, focusing on clear alignment between our solution features and the client's business needs.
Direct Engagement:
Be a hands-on representative in the market, utilizing cold calling, direct client visits, and other business development methods to generate and qualify leads.
Proposal Development
: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Tailor solutions to meet their specific project requirements and budget constraints.
Negotiation and Closing
: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts. Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth handover and execution of projects.
Pipeline Management:
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and proposal creation to successful deal closure and crucial after-sales relationship nurturing.
Qualifications & Experience:
Industry Background:
Minimum of
two years
of relevant sales experience, particularly with
ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level IT products.
Technical Aptitude:
Demonstrated ability to understand technical product details and translate them into simple, compelling value propositions.
Go-Getter:
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to
field sales and direct client interaction.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
Communication:
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Mobility:
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
