Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ICT sector
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales support
Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the ICT industry (e.g., networking, software, telecom, cloud solutions, hardware)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly to meet clients
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
