Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Account Manager who is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role involves understanding clients' IT needs, offering tailored solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT products and services. Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals and negotiate contracts. Meet or exceed revenue and retention targets.

Technical Consultation & Solution Selling

Understand clients' IT needs and align them with company solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to provide expert guidance.

Project & Service Delivery Coordination

Work with project managers and engineers to ensure timely project completion. Address any service issues and coordinate resolutions efficiently. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales pipeline. Provide regular reports on account status, opportunities, and risks. Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to service offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5+ years in IT account management, sales, or client services. Strong knowledge of IT solutions, including networking, software, cloud services, and cybersecurity.. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
