The Sales Manager for AI Business Solutions leads a team of specialists focused on driving AI-led business transformation across Microsoft's enterprise customers. This role is pivotal in aligning Microsoft's AI capabilities--particularly within Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot--with customer needs across sales, service, ERP, and low-code domains. The manager is responsible for coaching, execution excellence, and strategic engagement to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
Required:
7+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management.
Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams.
Deep understanding of AI, CRM, ERP, and low-code platforms.
Strong consultative selling and strategic planning skills.
Preferred:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
Certifications in sales methodologies or Microsoft technical solutions.

Ensure alignment with Microsoft's go-to-market strategy and customer success goals.

Team Development & Coaching
Coach and develop a team of AI Solution Specialists and Partner Sales Specialists.
Foster a culture of consultative selling, technical intensity, and continuous learning.
Lead skilling initiatives including L400 Consultative Sales and L200 Technical Acumen.

Customer & Partner Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (CRO, CSO, CIO) and business decision-makers.
Guide customers through AI transformation journeys using Microsoft's secure and compliant AI stack.
Collaborate with partners to scale adoption and co-sell AI solutions.

Strategic Planning & Execution
Align sales strategy with corporate priorities and regional market dynamics.
Track adoption metrics, competitive displacement, and customer success outcomes.
Govern AI outputs with responsible AI principles--ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability.
