Job Description

This is a hands on solution architecture mandate operating across infrastructure, Oracle PaaS / SaaS platforms, and integrated enterprise systems. You will translate complex business and non functional requirements into pragmatic, secure, and scalable end to end solutions, while providing architectural oversight across a portfolio of initiatives.

• Lead the design of end-to-end solutions across infrastructure, Oracle PaaS / SaaS, and integrated enterprise platforms
• Define target and transitional solution architectures aligned to enterprise standards and IT strategy
• Act as design authority across delivery teams, providing architectural direction and assurance
• Produce and govern architecture artefacts including HLDs, LLDs, and integration designs
• Translate business and non-functional requirements into implementable technical solutions
• Validate infrastructure, Oracle, and integration designs proposed by vendors and internal teams
• Identify architectural risks, constraints, and trade-offs and recommend pragmatic mitigations
• Review and validate designs, technologies, and integration approaches across vendors
• Ensure solutions align with security, regulatory, and architectural standards
• Drive standardisation, reuse, and reduction of technical debt across platforms

• 8+ years in engineering or architecture roles, with significant experience as a Solution Architect
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ecosystems (PaaS / SaaS) and enterprise infrastructure
• Proven experience operating within or alongside an Enterprise Architecture function
• Demonstrated experience designing solutions spanning multiple systems, platforms, and domains
• Background in mature, compliance led organisations with established architecture governance
• Experience working in international or multi country operating environments
• Hands on experience with cloud platforms, integration patterns, and hybrid architectures
• Working knowledge of security architecture fundamentals
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability
