Job Description

Our Client a leading real estate development firm with a growing portfolio of premium residential and commercial projects in UAE.
:
Responsible for all finishing activities Supervision & Follow-up
Review the architecture design drawings received from the consultant
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure design compatibility.
Resolve technical issues at the design stage or during execution in collaboration with consultants.
Coordinate between contractors, workers, and consultants to ensure work is progressing according to drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and project standards.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
Perparing reports if needed
Prepare as-built drawings and technical submittals.
Review the design drawings received from the consultant
Job Requirements:
Excellent leadership skills to supervise the site
Excellent in AutoCAD, photoshop, Microsoft Office (3Dmax is preferrable)
Understand the design process and fully comprehend the clients needs and goals
Experience coordination skills
Strong Finishing background with eye to detail
