Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level software solutions within the banking domain.
• Align architecture designs with Azure cloud capabilities to ensure scalability, flexibility, and reuse of cloud-native components.
• Define and implement integration strategies using modern tools, technologies, and patterns such as event-driven, messaging, and microservices.
• Develop secure, high-performance, and customer-centric applications using best practices in architecture and design.
• Apply object-oriented analysis, domain-driven design, and service-oriented principles across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams to ensure technical feasibility and consistency with organizational goals.
• Create detailed architecture diagrams following the C4 model and maintain design documentation.
• Oversee solution reviews, performance optimization, and governance of architecture standards.
• Lead and mentor technical teams through the solution lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery.
• Drive the adoption of TDD and BDD methodologies to ensure quality and maintainability of solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational guidelines relevant to the banking environment.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT architecture, including 6+ years in software development and system design.
• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud architecture and microservices-based systems.
• Proficient in Java, Kotlin, and Swift programming languages.
• Solid understanding of containerization, virtualization, and distributed computing environments.
• Knowledge of architecture methodologies, frameworks, and design tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with hands-on involvement in product lifecycle management.
