is searching for dedicated and practical

Solar Technicians

. We need individuals who deeply understand the

physical application and installation process of Solar PV systems

on both

rooftop and ground-mounted projects

. This role focuses on strictly executing installation tasks based on instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strictly follow all instructions and execution plans

provided by the site Foreman or Supervisor. Execute the physical installation of solar PV panels, mounting structures (racking), and associated hardware. Work efficiently with site teams to ensure the correct assembly and mounting of all PV components according to installation standards. Understand the necessary sequence of PV installation tasks ("legwork") for both roof and ground environments. Perform basic DC wiring and connection tasks as instructed. Maintain high standards of quality and safety during all installation procedures.
Requirements:

Essential:

Strong, demonstrated hands-on experience and understanding of

Solar PV installation legwork

(ground-mount and rooftop).

Education:

A basic educational qualification, such as a

Diploma

, is acceptable. Practical, applied knowledge is the primary requirement. Must be able to receive and execute detailed instructions from supervisors and foremen efficiently. Must be physically able to handle materials and work on site for extended periods.
