Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related systems. Conduct site assessments to determine solar needs and system sizing. Troubleshoot and repair solar installations. Educate customers about our solar solutions and their benefits. Generate sales leads and close sales of solar products and services. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support. Prepare installation reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
Proven experience in solar installation and maintenance. Ability to work with solar panels, electrical systems, and related tools. Strong sales skills with ability to explain technical products to customers. Basic understanding of electrical safety and standards. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certificate or training in solar installation is an added advantage
