Solar Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Solar Supervisor to oversee on-site solar PV installation projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage daily site activities, supervise technicians, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage solar PV installation sites (rooftop & ground-mounted systems) Coordinate daily activities of technicians and subcontractors Ensure installations comply with DEWA regulations, drawings, and project specifications Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and HSE compliance Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports Handle materials, tools, and site logistics Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams Perform site visits across Dubai using company or personal vehicle Troubleshoot site issues and provide technical guidanceJob Type: Full-time
