Job Description
Project leadership and coordination:
Supervise and direct all day-to-day operations on the installation site, from initial setup through completion. This includes coordinating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless workflow.Quality assurance:
Inspect all installations to ensure they meet technical specifications, company quality standards, and industry best practices.Site assessment and planning:
Conduct on-site evaluations to determine project feasibility, design requirements, and effective installation strategies. Interpret and execute technical drawings and project plans accurately.Team management:
Lead, mentor, and provide hands-on guidance to installation crews and technicians. Manage resource allocation and scheduling to ensure project milestones are met.Job Type: Full-time
