About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Solar Installation Supervisor

to lead our on-site teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep technical knowledge of solar PV systems and a proven track record of successfully managing installation projects from start to finish. You will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

Supervise and direct all day-to-day operations on the solar installation site, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Quality Assurance:

Guarantee that all installations meet our rigorous quality standards and technical specifications.

Team & Site Coordination:

Act as the main point of contact, coordinating seamlessly with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain a cohesive workflow.

Technical Expertise:

Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting support to the team during all phases of installation and maintenance.

Documentation & Planning:

Accurately interpret and execute technical drawings and project plans.

Required Skills & Experience

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience

supervising solar installation projects. Extensive, hands-on working knowledge of
