Solar Site Supervisor
Job Description
Location: On-site at multiple solar projects in Dubai/UAE
Experience: 2-5 years overseeing utility-scale solar installations
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering or Technical field; supervisory experience required
Familiarity with PV installation, wiring, racking, commissioning processes
Proficiency in site management tools (e.g., ProCore, SAP, MS Office)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day civil, mechanical, electrical installation activities
Manage on-site teams and subcontractors; enforce safety & quality protocols
Track progress, log RCA, NCRs, CARs; report daily/weekly to stakeholders
Inspect and verify performance; optimize schedules and resource allocation
Mentor technicians, deliver toolbox talks, conduct accident investigations
Preferred Skills:
NABCEP installer/inspector certification
OSHA 30
Salary will depend on the work experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
