We are seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team for a major solar energy project in the UAE. The primary responsibility will be the safe and efficient installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels and supporting structures on various sites.

Key Responsibilities

Installation:

Safely and efficiently install solar panels, mounting racks, and support structures on rooftops or ground-mounted systems, strictly following engineering plans and specifications.

Preparation:

Prepare the work area, including layout measurements, staging equipment, and ensuring compliance with site safety protocols.

Safety & Quality:

Adhere to all safety guidelines and company standards to ensure high-quality installation and a safe working environment.

Tool Management:

Operate and maintain essential hand and power tools used for solar panel installation.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience:

Proven experience in a manual or technical labor role, preferably in construction, electrical work, or similar fields.

Physical Fitness:

Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Safety Focus:

Must possess a strong commitment to worksite safety and following procedures.

Visa Status (Mandatory):

Must possess a valid, personal UAE residency visa/work permit.

The company will not be providing visa sponsorship for this role.

Commitment:

Willingness to commit to a full one-year contract duration.
