The role of the Solar Manager is to manage, own, and grow your divisions income statement by focusing on our four disciplines: strategy, execution, people, and finance. You are responsible for the sales and operations of Midal Solar and customer satisfaction. This role will need to connect with required service support areas of the primary business such as Logistics, Accounting, Purchasing, Safety, Human Resources and Marketing to successfully execute their business plan. From coordinating resource requirements to ensuring billing/invoices are accurate, the Solar Manager is key to ensuring the processes are in place to deliver quality sales, service, and products from pre-sale to project kickoff to project close outs. You will also be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy which includes building a competent team to support growth plans.
