Job Description
Almas IT Infrastructure LLC, headquartered in Dubai, is a global software and IT services company serving 400+ clients across ERP, POS, Property Management, and Document Clearing sectors.
To support our growing customer base, we are hiring a Software Trainer who can train clients and resolve their queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training to customers on how to use company software
Handle incoming customer support calls and queries
Troubleshoot and resolve basic user issues related to software functionality
Prepare and update training materials, user guides, and video tutorials
Maintain daily logs of client interactions and resolutions
Collaborate with the development and support teams to escalate technical issues if needed
Conduct refresher sessions for existing users when required
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Commerce is Mandatory
Knowledge of accounting is mandatory
Good command over spoken and written English, Hindi and Malayalam
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using remote training tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or AnyDesk
Teaching/training experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
