We are looking for an ezyVet Software Trainer,
We are seeking a polished, highly organized
ezyVet Software Trainer
to elevate how our team leverages the ezyVet cloud-based veterinary platform. You will lead hands-on implementation coaching, deliver department-specific guidance, and serve as an expert for sustainable adoption and workflow optimization.Responsibilities:
Train Reception & Medical teams in customized workflows - SOAP notes, templated billing, dashboards, and Standard?of?Care reminders Maximize ezyVet usage across clinics: analyze invoice templates vs manual entries, dashboard engagement, reminder adoption; deliver targeted coaching for under?utilized modules Configure clinic-specific setups: scheduling slots, billing bundles, automated reminders (SOC), and real-time reports Keep up-to-date with the latest ezyVet modules, release notes, and integrations like Xero or IDEXX diagnostics.
Requirements:
Deep familiarity with key ezyVet modules: templated billing, diagnostics integrations (IDEXX/VetRadar/Xero), inventory management, and reminder automation Ability to translate software tools into real operational behavior and SOPs across teams Proficiency analyzing feature usage data and coaching habit changes through workflow redesign Empathy, adaptability, and resourcefulness during training sessions
