Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Temenos T24 Software Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing core banking applications (Temenos T24) to ensure high quality, performance, and compliance with business requirements. The role involves end-to-end testing -- from requirement analysis to test execution and defect management.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business and technical requirements for Temenos T24 modules. Design, prepare, and execute functional, integration, and regression test cases. Perform manual and automation testing for Temenos T24 applications. Validate system reports, interfaces, and end-to-end workflows. Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or ALM. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in issue resolution. Prepare test summary reports and maintain test documentation. Ensure adherence to software quality standards and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in software testing, preferably in banking or financial services. Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 Core Banking System (AA, FT, or Payment's module). Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management process. Working knowledge of SQL for backend validation. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
