Provide first-level and second-level support for
software applications.Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software performance, configuration, and integration.
Liaise with end-users to identify issues and provide timely solutions.
Document incidents, problems, and resolutions in line with company standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when required.
Assist in software upgrades, patch management, and system testing.
Deliver user training and support for software-related queries
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Graduate degree (IT, Computer Science,or related field).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in software support or a related technical role.
Languages: Fluency in Arabic and French is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,250.00 per month
