Job Description

Job Overview: The Software Services Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality software services to clients or internal stakeholders. This includes managing projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with various departments to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Project Management:
  • Lead and manage software service projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Allocate resources and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead a high-performing software services team.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Address client concerns and maintain positive client relationships.
Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for software services.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Resource Management:
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation, including human resources and tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate support for software service delivery.
  • Identify and address resource constraints.
Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess project risks.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets for software service projects.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Provide financial reports to leadership as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
  • Arabic speaking is a must.
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools.
