Job Description
Job Overview: The Software Services Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality software services to clients or internal stakeholders. This includes managing projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with various departments to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Project Management:
- Lead and manage software service projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Allocate resources and ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Build and lead a high-performing software services team.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
- Address client concerns and maintain positive client relationships.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for software services.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation, including human resources and tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate support for software service delivery.
- Identify and address resource constraints.
- Identify and assess project risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Develop and manage budgets for software service projects.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Provide financial reports to leadership as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
- Arabic speaking is a must.
- 3-5 years experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools.
