Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the B2B sector, understanding their accounting software needs, and promoting Tally solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Tally accounting software features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored Tally solutions.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Tally accounting software to prospective clients.
- Skill fully negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, outlining achievements, challenges, and future plans.
- Proven experience in B2B sales of 2 years is a must, preferably in selling accounting software or related solutions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience with Tally accounting software will be a significant advantage.
