Our client A Leading Technology company in Dubai is looking for Software Sales Executive for generating leads, developing new business relationships, and closing sales deals with prospective clients.

Experience: -3+ Years of experience in HR Software Sales is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities: -
- Identify Potential Clients and develop new business relationship through lead generation techniques such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company\'s software products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the features and benefits of the company\'s software solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations of our enterprise software solutions to prospective clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision -makers.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large-scale deals with enterprise-level clients.
- Deep understanding of the software industry.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
