We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and effectively selling our software solutions to meet those needs. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand clients\' businesses, pain points, and requirements.
  • Present our software solutions to clients, effectively demonstrating how they can address their specific challenges and improve their operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns to generate leads and promote our software solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in software sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • Solid understanding of software products and the ability to effectively articulate their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
