Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and qualify leads using scraping tools, databases, and outreach platforms
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Schedule and manage client meetings, demos, and consultations
Maintain CRM records and track lead progress
Client Engagement & Consulting
Understand client pain points and recommend suitable software solutions
Present service offerings clearly and confidently
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and solution briefs
Software Implementation Support
Assist in onboarding and implementation of software solutions
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment
Provide post-implementation support and gather client feedback
Ideal Candidate
Experience & Background
1-3 years in sales or consulting within IT services or SaaS
Familiarity with lead scraping tools, outreach automation, and CRM platforms
Strong communication and presentation skills
Basic understanding of software implementation and client onboarding
Preferred Skills
Tech-savvy with a consultative mindset
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Able to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
