Flairstech is looking for a motivated

Fullstack Software Engineer Intern

to join our growing team. As an intern, you will support the development and enhancement of our platforms by contributing across the stack using technologies like .NET, Python, React, PostgreSQL, and Qdrant. You'll gain hands-on experience building real features, improving user experiences, and collaborating with a team of experienced engineers.

What You'll Do

Enhance User Experiences

Support the modernization of web portals and applications to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.

Develop & Improve Applications

Assist in updating existing applications and implementing new features across the frontend and backend.

Collaborate with the Team

Work with backend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to solutions.

Learn & Innovate

Explore opportunities for optimization and participate in integrating new functionalities into our platforms.

Write Quality Code

Produce clean, maintainable code while learning industry best practices and development standards.

Responsibilities

Contribute to new features and UI enhancements across our platforms.


Assist in building backend services and APIs using .NET and Python.


Develop components and responsive interfaces using React.


Write and maintain clear, well-structured code and documentation.


Support testing, debugging, and maintenance activities to ensure reliability.


Participate in team discussions to help translate business needs into technical solutions.


Document designs, integrations, and development processes.


Help identify improvements to user experience and system performance.

Requirements

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of

C#/.NET

and experience developing small applications or projects.


Some hands-on exposure to

Python

for scripting, APIs, or backend tasks.


Understanding of

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and experience with

React

is a plus.


Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred); exposure to Qdrant or vector databases is a bonus.


Understanding of REST APIs and how to consume or build them.


Experience with Git for version control.

Previous internship, projects, or coursework involving .NET, Python, or React is a strong advantage.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
