Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Software & IT Manager

with strong technical expertise in

C++, Java, and Python

, as well as a solid background in IT operations and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will lead the software development team, manage IT systems, ensure technology alignment with business goals, and oversee project delivery with high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers working in C++, Java, and Python. Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring timely and quality delivery. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and resolve complex programming challenges. Collaborate with Product, QA, and Operations teams to define requirements and project timelines. Implement best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
IT Management:

Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud services. Ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational needs. Plan and implement IT projects, upgrades, and maintenance schedules. Develop IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans. Monitor IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships. Lead IT support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Leadership & Strategy:

Align technology initiatives with business objectives and long-term strategy. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovations. Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of IT and development teams. Ensure compliance with IT security standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong programming skills in

C++, Java, and Python

. Proven experience in software development leadership and IT management. Solid understanding of software architecture, development methodologies, and IT infrastructure. Experience with Agile/Scrum, project management, and team leadership. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple teams, projects, and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of cybersecurity, network administration, and IT compliance standards. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or IT service management systems.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
