Required skills/experience:
Sound knowledge and experience in the latest web technologies and trends
Bachelor’s Degree
4-6 years of experience developing web applications and solutions in a medium to large corporate IT organization.
Extensive experience with a JavaScript framework (React/Redux/etc.)
Experience in building and testing Java EE applications.
Experience with Object-Oriented Design.
In-depth working knowledge of popular Java frameworks
Knowledge of the following programming languages and technologies is highly desirable: JavaScript ES6, HTML5/CSS3, SQL, Oracle DB, JQuery, JSON, REST API, NodeJS, AJAX etc.
Experience with optimizing applications including JavaScript profiling, memory usage, and page speed optimization
Experience with responsive and reactive design
Good written and Presentation skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Experience in agile software development methodologies and tools is a plus.
Knowledge and experience in continuous integration and delivery are a plus.
Experience building microservices is a plus.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
