The Job Opportunity

This position is responsible for managing the cleaning service delivery, the client employees, coordinate with sub-contractors, put together inventories for orders and carry out general admin works. Preferably Someone with hotel type experience.

Key accountabilities Supervision of staff including all receptions, other common areas and tenants premises under comprehensive services of the Contract Supervision of the cleaning, polishing, pest control service providers and any other service provider that would be used for service delivery at the contract Maintaining stocks of consumables at the store Periodic checks of the cleaning assets and room keys Liaison/co-ordination with other departments e.g.: Security, Helpdesk, MEP etc Supervise and monitor the performance of subcontractors providing services such as, cleaning, polishing, elevator shaft cleaning, pest control etc Maintain awareness for ensuring best practice in service delivery and technology to ensure the continued effective and efficient running of the soft services Maintain a defects/issues log for the contract and address and resolve any issues.

What we are looking for in our candidates: Good communication skills, verbal and written Good people skills Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure work environment Ability to work without supervision Ability to initiate actions and take ownership of own workload.

Specific requirements Ideally a degree holder or high diploma or post-secondary education in a related discipline 2 years minimum experience of soft services Proficient in MS Office Packages Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
