Job Description
1. Soft Services Manager: Oversees non-technical facility services such as cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and security. Manages vendor contracts, ensures service quality, and maintains compliance with health and safety standards.
2. Soft Services Supervisor: Supervises day-to-day soft services operations including cleaning and support staff. Ensures service delivery meets quality standards and coordinates with vendors and facility teams for smooth operations.
3. Mechanical Technician: Installs, maintains, and repairs mechanical systems such as pumps, compressors, HVAC equipment, and piping. Conducts inspections, diagnoses issues, and ensures systems operate efficiently and safely.
