Soft Service Supervisor
Job Description
BICSc
Minimum 2-3 years' supervisory experience in soft services/FM industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
Computer literacy (MS Office, CAFM systems preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
