RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staff and contractor management
: Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff, janitors, and other service providers.
Service quality and standards
: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and other soft services are maintained to meet client expectations and comply with regulations.
Operations and scheduling
: Coordinate and oversee daily soft service operations, including managing work schedules, resource allocation, and ensuring efficient use of supplies.
Health, safety, and compliance
: Ensure all soft service activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and conduct regular inspections.
Client relations
: Act as a liaison with clients to understand their needs, address complaints, and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Reporting and administration
: Maintain accurate records of service activities, performance metrics, and incidents.
Inventory and budget management
: Monitor inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment, manage operational budgets, and control costs.
Continuous improvement
: Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and implement corrective actions as needed.
