We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Manager or Social Media Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for driving business growth and engaging with customers through social media, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities of a Social Media/Commercial Manager:
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients and suppliers
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve targets and objectives
- Analyzing sales performance and financial data to make informed decisions
- Collaborating with other departments such as operations, finance, and product development to ensure seamless business operations
- Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Creating and curating content for social media platforms
- Managing social media accounts and overseeing daily activities such as posting, monitoring, and responding to comments
- Analyzing social media performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Collaborating with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Staying updated on latest social media trends and best practices
- Managing social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Monitoring and responding to customer feedback and inquiries on social media channels
- Perfumery Industry: 3 years (Required)
- Community/Social Media Manager: 5 years (Required)
