Job Description

As a social media manager at our company, you will : - 1. Plan , create and implement our social media strategies across the entire brand 2. Content management across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, twitter , linked-in etc 3. Identify insights and social media trends of campaign through data analysis. 4. Ability to set up targeted advertising, manage and measure ROI 5. Collaborate with copywriters and multiple stakeholders such as a brand team. 6. Liaise with external stakeholders such as digital agencies and influencers. 7. Management and dissemination of all leads generated through social media campaigns. 8. Monitor , engage and grow our online communities through best practice community management. 9. Monitor company brand consistency, costumer engagement, web traffic of social media campaigns. 10. Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels. 11. Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy. Requirements : - Our ideal social media manager will have 1. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a high level of attention to detail. 2. Fluency in English and Russian; 3. Fast learner with an ability to adopt techniques based on requirements. 4. Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc) 4. A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to create engaging content. 5. Strong data analyses skills to analyze key metrics of campaign success using google analytics or equivalent. Qualifications -: 1. Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field. 2. Degree or Diploma of social media related field is an advantage 3. bachelors or masters degree is an advantage 4. Russian spoken and written language is a must. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Experience:
